👋 Hello, this is Pastor James Park.

Time goes by so quickly. It feels like 2026 just began not long ago, yet it is already March. As the cold winter is coming to an end, we are looking forward to the arrival of spring.

Today’s newsletter will be very brief, as I would like to share a prayer request with you. First, I would like to share news about the 11th mission trip that my daughter Sieun and I will be taking together. Second, I would like to announce the recruitment for participants for the 12th mission trip.

Until now, I have mostly visited the mission field alone. However, for the 12th mission trip, we would like to invite people to participate from anywhere in the world, including Korea, the United States, and Canada.

✅ The 11th mission trip in 2026 will be taken by my daughter Sieun and me together. (March 31 – April 8, 2026)

There have been times when I traveled to the Dominican Republic with my family or with a team, but most of my ministry trips have been by myself. As I prayed about this upcoming mission trip, I asked God to provide someone who could go with me.

At first, I asked my son, Sean, but he said no almost immediately.😄 I understand, since he’s busy with school. After that, my daughter Sieun said she would pray about it.

After taking a day to pray, Sieun told me she would go with me. She has been to the Dominican Republic three times before, so I know it wasn’t an easy decision for her. I’m grateful and happy that she made this decision through prayer.

Sieun is 12 years old. I would really appreciate it if you could pray for us as we take this mission trip together.

Ministry Activities

Prayer Requests

  1. This mission trip will be with my daughter, Si-eun. Please pray that through this trip she may learn God’s heart for the people of that land.
  2. Please pray that both of us can carry out all the schedules safely and in good health, without any accidents.
  3. Especially pray that the ministry in the Haitian village (clothes distribution, lunch service, and the pastors’ meeting) will go well by God’s grace. 🙏
